SAVE THE DATE! Research Professionals Network Workshop “Study Start Up & The Village It Takes [a multi-faceted perspective]” on January 29 from 3-4:40pm
The Research Professionals Network offers a series of peer-led, collaborative workshops focused on topics relevant to our research professional staff and based in the Joint Task Force for Clinical Trial Competency Framework. Come learn from your colleagues’ expertise and experiences! Workshops are taught by peer staff from the collaborating sites: BMC/BU Medical Campus, University of Vermont (and affiliate Maine Medical Center), University of Florida (and affiliate Florida State University), and Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC).
The purpose of this presentation is to present a general overview to operationalizing and starting up a study. This presentation will dive into different perspectives or certain steps as well. Lessons learned, challenges, and open forum discussion will be utilized to facilitate innovation ways in study start up, feasibility, and preparing for site visits.
