Introduction
We are excited to commence our 2024 Learning Series for Community Leaders with our January session next Tuesday, January 23, 2024 from 12-1PM EST via Zoom. This year our Learning Series will be organized into the following quarterly topics: 1) Grant Funding, 2) Rural Health Issues and Initiatives, 3) Research Showcase, and 4) Science and Technology in the Community. For our inaugural session of 2024 and to begin our Grant Funding topic area, we welcome Abigail Sanders and Robyn Wainner from the Leon County and the City of Tallahassee, respectively, to share information about grant funding through the Human Services and Community Partnerships and Bridge program.
Throughout the year we will continue our mission to connect community leaders, advocates, researchers, and organizational partners to support our shared capacity to conduct and participate in community development and research opportunities.
