Please join us for an important Our Community, Our Health Town Hall Thursday, December 7th from 11am-noon. This interactive Town Hall will discuss how community leaders can use health literacy as a tool for health equity. Panelists include Catina Callahan O’Leary, PhD, MSW, President and CEO at Health Literacy Media, Carli Zegers, PhD, MBA, APRN, FNP-BC, Associate Professor at the Florida State University College of Nursing and Faculty in the U54 Florida FIRST program, Janay Perry, MSW, Client Care Specialist at the Sickle Cell Foundation, Inc. of Tallahassee, and Diane Neidhart, MPH, CHES, Outreach and Communications Specialist for the Florida Tracking Program.
