Advertising for Research Studies
College of Medicine Research Accounting has coordinated services with Tallahassee Media Group (a division of the Tallahassee Democrat) to support departments in using social media services (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) for research participant recruitment, raising community awareness in research or department programs, student recruitment, and a variety of other services. Please see TMG’s brochure explaining its services and advertising options, as well as guidance on using social media for research purposes. Note: FSU faculty / staff are required to submit a PO for advertising services. Facebook does not accept POs and Procurement has disallowed use of department PCards for these expenses. Additionally, personal reimbursement for Facebook advertising costs is not permitted.
